Campbell River Television provides Campbell River and area with a comprehensive range of high-quality television and communication services.



Goal 1:
Provide cable services of the highest quality and reliability and in the most cost-effective manner.

Objectives
a. Eliminate disruption of cable services
b. Obtain services and supplies at the best value
c. Develop and maintain a total quality management system
d. Provide one-stop shopping for high-speed internet


Goal 2:
Be known as the company of choice for communication services in Campbell River and area.

Objectives
a. Seek to understand customers needs, expectations, and preferences
b. Design services and programs to best meet customer needs, expectations and preferences
c. Seek out innovative ways to deliver customer services
d. Promote internet to facilitate customer communication with CRTV
e. Ensure systematic customer feedback
f. Develop effective sales and marketing campaigns to promote our services
g. Communicate effectively to all members on what we do and how we do it


Goal 3:
Provide exemplary customer service.

Objectives
a. Continue to invest in staff development
b. Develop more effective ways for members to communicate with CRTV
c. Develop more effective ways to access CRTV services
d. Provide one-stop shopping for CRTV services
e. Initiate contact with customers to evaluate the quality of service and satisfaction levels
f. Select and use technologies that are customer-friendly including telephone answering, billing, digital boxes/ remotes and modems.
g. Respond in a timely manner to service calls
h. Regularly review CRTV operational policies and procedures to ensure customer-friendliness


Goal 4:
Provide the widest range and highest quality of local programming.

Objectives
a. Produce local programming that reflects the interests and activities of the community
b. Access additional sources of local programming
c. Develop consistent and predictable scheduling to facilitate viewing and encourage customer loyalty
d. Maintain and upgrade equipment as needed to provide high quality programming
e. Ensure staff and volunteers are trained and certified in all aspects of local production
f. Develop and implement a marketing strategy for community programming
g. Provide 24 hour / day community information service both on the internet and on a separate channel


Goal 5:
Be known as a leading community corporate citizen in Campbell River.

Objectives
a. Continue to provide support and services to community organizations
b. Strengthen and publicize partnerships with education
c. Support ways to stimulate the local economy
d. Market our success in achieving this goal
